Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled for the cloud applications Writing Better (subscription) and Speaking Better (usage-based) operated by MobiusVision LLC ("we," "us," "our").

2. General Rule — All Sales Are Final

Except as expressly stated below, all payments are non-refundable and non-creditable, even if you cancel or downgrade before the end of a billing period or stop using the Services.

4. Limited Exceptions

We will issue a pro-rata credit or refund only if:

  1. Duplicate payment was processed in error;
  2. Fraudulent transaction is confirmed by our payment processor;
  3. A billing calculation error resulted in overcharge.

To request an exception, email contact@mobiusvision.com within 14 days of the charge, attaching supporting documentation (transaction ID, screenshots). We respond within 10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks and to recover associated fees.

6. Trials & Promotional Credits

If we offer a free trial or bonus credits, any unused portion expires at the end of the stated period and has no cash value. Once converted to a paid plan, the General Rule (no refunds) applies.

7. Tax Considerations

Sales tax, VAT, or GST collected on your purchase is remitted to the relevant authority and cannot be refunded except where required by law.

8. Amendments

We may update this Refund Policy. Material changes take effect 30 days after we notify you by email or in-app. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
