MobiusVision LLC ("MobiusVision," "we," "our," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what limited information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it when you use our cloud applications Writing Better and Speaking Better (collectively, the "Services").

We do not:

  • collect sensitive personal information (e.g., biometrics, health, government IDs);
  • build user profiles for advertising;
  • sell or share personal data with third parties for their own marketing;
  • use any customer content to train machine-learning models.

4. How we share information

  • Service providers. Stripe (payments) and our cloud host receive only the data necessary to perform their functions and are bound by confidentiality.
  • Legal or safety reasons. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
  • Business transfers. If we merge, acquire, or sell assets, user data may transfer under the same privacy commitments.

5. International transfers

Our servers are located in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you consent to transferring and processing your information in the U.S., which may have different data-protection laws than your region.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • receive a portable copy of your data;
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (EU/UK) or attorney general (U.S. states).

7. Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security measures

We use industry-standard safeguards — TLS encryption in transit, encrypted secrets at rest, least-privilege access controls, and regular penetration testing. No method is 100% secure, so we urge you to keep your credentials confidential.

9. Data retention & deletion

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out above. You can delete your account at any time in the dashboard; remaining logs are purged or anonymized within 30 days.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
